Shipping policy

The following are the terms and conditions which constitute our shipping policies.
Please be mindful and courteous to these policies and fulfillment times. We are a small business, and are navigating as best we can to ensure you have a seamless purchase experience.

All orders ship from Jurupa Valley, California, USA.
Your order is handled by our team at Grand Household Inc.

Our fulfillment time is between 1-2 weeks for NON-PREORDER items.
This does not include the shipping time - this timeframe is for processing and packing.

Please note, that our warehouse handles thousands of orders each week, and this can delay the processing time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

USA
USPS First Class: approximately 5-7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: approximately 3-5 business days
International
USPS First class International: approximately 3-5 weeks
USPS Priority Mail International: approximately 2-3 weeks


*Please note these shipping times may fluctuate due ongoing tariff holds.
PREORDER items will have the estimate shipping dates on the PREORDER STATUS page and as a pop-up when ordering. PREORDER items can take several months to ship. If you want items that are ready to ship, please order them separately to avoid waiting, or they will be shipped all at once.

Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their order has the correct shipping address. If any mistakes cause your parcel to be returned as a result of customer error, then it will be the customer's responsibility to pay for reshipment.

Please use the tracking and shipment details via your order email to keep track of your order's progress.
If an order is damaged, not up to expectations or is missing an item, it is the customer's duty to contact liliuhms in a timely manner. If you do not reach out within 20 days of order delivery, we will not be able to accommodate.

Misplaced or Lost Orders
Unfortunately we have no control over any parcels once they have been fulfilled and dropped off at the postal service. liliuhms is not responsible for any missing or lost parcels delivered through third party services, and therefore cannot offer to replace nor refund your order in these events. However, we are happy to try our best to look into the matter for you, and file a claim where applicable.
